I got a part time internship (I think?? I’m signing papers on Tuesday) :D I will be drafting patents!!! I have no idea how that works, but we will figure it out!!! YAY!! Hahaha there are two other girls from my school working there but they both have some experience with patents through taking the patent bar exam or taking classes. I will probably have to learn through examples since I have no such background (my background is in biology, which is not very helpful since this firm does electrical/mechanical). This is going to be a great learning experience. I decided to still take summer classes in case things don’t work out…but I’m sure it will work out somehow..right? RIGHT? O_O

Hopefully…hahaha…it’s kind of confusing because one of the bosses (the one we will work directly under) is always busy and never in the office so we have to work unsupervised most of the time. I have a yes from the other boss…the boss I was supposed to work under said “yes, but come in and check out what we do first and see if you are comfortable.” But then he wasn’t there when I went in. So I just emailed him….that I would like to work with them…we will see what he says. I don’t think he will say no. I’m just unsure what he would like me to work on…and all that. Well, we will find out by next Tuesday. ^^

YES!!! DONE DONE DONE!!

I’m done :D phew. I don’t know how but I survived oral arguments. I was shaking when I was up at the podium. I will stay out of the courtrooms and write briefs and memos in an office for the rest of my life, thank you very much. T_T don’t make me do that again.

Now that oral arguments are over…time…for finals :3

Its crazy what the right lamp can do isn’t it? I’ve been dreaming of getting a UVB meter so I can be sure the lamp is functioning properly. Those are so expensive. BTW. Love the screen terrarium! where’d you find it?

UVB lamp really does make a HUGE difference! Yeah, good UVB meters are expensive…I also need to buy a better thermometer.

That was the best macaroon I ever had in my short 24 years of life. Why does this place not make macaroons regularly?! ;_; I just wanna get another tart just to eat the macaroon part again…
